Use this form to request manual deletion of your Harumi account and associated data.

This request page applies to the Harumi mobile app published by Harumi.
How to request deletion
- Enter the email used for registration.
- Optionally select a reason and add details.
- Submit the form. We will manually verify and process your request.
What is deleted and what may be retained
- Deleted: account profile data, app activity linked to your account, and user-generated records associated with your account.
- May be retained for a limited period: support correspondence and records needed for fraud prevention, legal compliance, or billing disputes.
- Standard processing time: up to 30 days from verified request. Some legally required records may be retained longer where applicable law requires it.
