4. Nutzermedien und Wiedergabe auf dem Gerät

If you choose to add music or other media to a session, this media is selected from your own device storage. We do not upload, store, host, or distribute this media content. It stays on your device and is played locally by the app.

5. Datenweitergabe

We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited data with service providers strictly to deliver app functionality, analytics, billing, security, and legal compliance.

6. Datenspeicherung und Sicherheit

We keep data for as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Sie können die Löschung Ihres Kontos und der damit verbundenen Daten über unser spezielles Formular beantragen. Öffnen Sie das Antragsformular zur Kontolöschung. Wir bearbeiten Löschanfragen manuell, um den Besitz zu überprüfen und eine unbefugte Entfernung zu verhindern.

8. Datenschutz für Kinder

Harumi is not intended for children under the age required by local law to use the service independently. If you believe a child provided personal data, contact us and we will review and remove it where required.

9. Internationale Verarbeitung

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. We take reasonable steps to protect data during such transfers in accordance with applicable law.
