Harumi provides digital wellness and self-regulation tools. The service is for educational and lifestyle support only and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Geschiktheid en account

You are responsible for your account security and for information provided through the service. You must use the service lawfully and in compliance with these Terms.

3. Abonnementen en facturatie

Some features require a paid subscription. Payments, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and billing disputes for mobile purchases are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play under their own terms.

4. Toegestaan gebruik

• Illegaal, misbruikend of frauduleus gebruik.
• Ingrijpen in de infrastructuur, beveiliging of beschikbaarheid van de app.
• Ongeautoriseerd kopiëren of herverdelen van onze beschermde inhoud.

5. Gebruikersmedia en inhoud van derden

If you choose to play music during a session, the media is selected from your own device. We do not upload, store, host, or distribute that media. You are solely responsible for your right to use any media content you play through your device.

6. Gezondheids- en veiligheidsdisclaimer

Harumi is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care. If you have a medical condition, are in crisis, or experience severe symptoms, seek qualified professional help immediately.

7. Uitsluiting van garanties

The service is provided on an as is and as available basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Beperking van aansprakelijkheid

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Harumi and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

9. Opschorting en beëindiging

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if required to protect users, the service, or legal compliance.

Account and Data Deletion

You can submit a manual account deletion request using our dedicated form. Open account deletion request form. After request verification, we delete the account and related data according to our policy and legal obligations.

10. Wijzigingen van de voorwaarden

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version is posted on this page. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
