1. Beschrijving van de dienst
Harumi provides digital wellness and self-regulation tools. The service is for educational and lifestyle support only and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
2. Geschiktheid en account
You are responsible for your account security and for information provided through the service. You must use the service lawfully and in compliance with these Terms.
3. Abonnementen en facturatie
Some features require a paid subscription. Payments, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and billing disputes for mobile purchases are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play under their own terms.
Als we een gratis proefperiode of introductieprijs aanbieden, worden de exacte voorwaarden van de aanbieding in de app getoond voordat je je aankoop bevestigt, inclusief de duur van de proef- of introductieperiode, de datum waarop het betaalde abonnement start, de prijs die na afloop van de aanbieding in rekening wordt gebracht en hoe je kunt annuleren voordat er kosten worden afgeschreven. Tenzij het abonnement minstens 24 uur voor het einde van de lopende periode wordt geannuleerd via de instellingen van je Apple App Store- of Google Play-account, wordt het automatisch verlengd tegen de dan geldende prijs.
4. Toegestaan gebruik
- Illegaal, misbruikend of frauduleus gebruik.
- Ingrijpen in de infrastructuur, beveiliging of beschikbaarheid van de app.
- Ongeautoriseerd kopiëren of herverdelen van onze beschermde inhoud.
5. Gebruikersmedia en inhoud van derden
If you choose to play music during a session, the media is selected from your own device. We do not upload, store, host, or distribute that media. You are solely responsible for your right to use any media content you play through your device.
6. Gezondheids- en veiligheidsdisclaimer
Harumi is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care. If you have a medical condition, are in crisis, or experience severe symptoms, seek qualified professional help immediately.
7. Uitsluiting van garanties
The service is provided on an as is and as available basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Beperking van aansprakelijkheid
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Harumi and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
9. Opschorting en beëindiging
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if required to protect users, the service, or legal compliance.
Account- en gegevensverwijdering
U kunt een handmatig verwijderingsverzoek voor uw account indienen via ons speciale formulier. Open het aanvraagformulier voor accountverwijdering. Na verificatie van het verzoek verwijderen we het account en de bijbehorende gegevens in overeenstemming met ons beleid en wettelijke verplichtingen.
