We use data to operate the app, provide core features, personalize your experience, measure product quality, prevent abuse, and support subscriptions and customer support.

4. Gebruikersmedia en afspelen op het apparaat

If you choose to add music or other media to a session, this media is selected from your own device storage. We do not upload, store, host, or distribute this media content. It stays on your device and is played locally by the app.

5. Gegevensdeling

We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited data with service providers strictly to deliver app functionality, analytics, billing, security, and legal compliance.

6. Bewaartermijn en beveiliging

We keep data for as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7. Jouw rechten

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your data, and object to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing is consent-based.

Account- en gegevensverwijdering

U kunt de verwijdering van uw account en gerelateerde gegevens aanvragen via ons speciale formulier. Open het aanvraagformulier voor accountverwijdering. We verwerken verwijderingsverzoeken handmatig om het eigendom te verifiëren en ongeautoriseerde verwijdering te voorkomen.

8. Privacy van kinderen

Harumi is not intended for children under the age required by local law to use the service independently. If you believe a child provided personal data, contact us and we will review and remove it where required.

9. Internationale verwerking

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. We take reasonable steps to protect data during such transfers in accordance with applicable law.
